Lecia is a financial professional with over 15 years of experience in the accounting and banking industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management as well as qualifications through the WITS and GIBBS business schools, in business strategy. She started out her career at Deloitte as a specialised tax consultant, managing the personal tax affairs of expatriates. Thereafter, she joined Nedbank’s Business Banking division where she dealt with medium-sized enterprises, developing strategies to grow their businesses. She spent 5 years managing the portfolios of such organisations, focusing on understanding their business needs and providing finance solutions to enhance growth and maximise profits. Her responsibilities also included managing the investment portfolios of the organisations. She went on to further her banking career in Nedbank’s Small Business division. There she played an integral role in managing the sales division at a national level as well as developing the Small Business Banking strategy. She also managed the Franchise and Start-up segments within the division and dealt with banking partners such as Khula, the Department of Trade and Industry, as well as the Department of Public Works. Lecia has a passion for analysing businesses and applying her knowledge in finance, management accounting and banking to develop solutions that maximize shareholder value.

He is a qualified CA(SA). Regardt completed his articles at Deloitte and
serviced clients in the mining, manufacturing, retail and public sector. After
completing his articles, he joined KPMG Singapore in the financial services
team where he serviced private equity funds and banks. He moved on to join a
multinational resource company. He was part the finance team for one of the
largest global SAP implementations at the time. He was the lead process modeler
for the finance team. After completion he moved into the investment and value
management team where he partner with the technology teams to assess and assist
in the business cases for technology investments. He was also leading the
annual budget process for the Technology function. After 7 years he returned to
South Africa and joined another multinational technology company based in South
Africa in the capacity of corporate development and value management manager across
the group. He was involved in evaluating budgets, analysing the different
businesses and divestments. He moved into a financial controller role of one of
the local subsidiaries and are currently overseeing Finance, Treasury and
business partnering.

Heinrich is a professional registered Mechanical Engineer (BEng. Mechanical). He started his career as an engineer working for BhpBilliton at the Metalloys Plant in South Africa. He then went on to work for Tenova Pyromet where he was part of new furnace construction project worth R1,2bil. In 2009 he and his wife went to live in the UK where he then worked as the Engineering Manager for a big recycling company and then joined Kimberly Clarke as project engineer.
End of 2010 he came back where he was appointed as Group Engineer of York Timbers, a listed South African company. His role was to establish a centralized engineering team to look after all engineering and project related functions within the group. It was during this time that he also spent a lot of time mastering the Theory of Constraints principles.
In 2012 he came back to Gauteng where he worked as Engineering Manager for Outotec, a mining technology company and during this time he went on to do his Executive MBA at UCT. After Outotec he joined Lesel Research (contract manufacturer) as Operations Manager. Heinrich’s final job before becoming an entrepreneur was Engineering Manager at Ferro SA.
In 2015 he started his first E-Commerce brand and in 2018 he decided to leave the corporate world to focus on building his company and multiple E-Commerce brands. His company is now selling products in South Africa, UK and USA and in the last 2 years he has become and expert when it comes to social media marketing, website development and SEO management. Managing director
Petra qualified as a Chartered Accounted (SA) and completed her articles with KPMG in South Africa after which she moved to Singapore as a manager in the Financial Services business unit, leading audits for predominantly Asset Management and Asset Financing entities. Here she was also part of the team that implemented the online audit software for the Singapore office and was responsible for training and supporting the staff on the newly implemented software. She later joined a multi family office as an asset manager, managing the assets of several high net worth families. She handled a wide variety of interesting projects from a private equity real estate project in Colombo to running an Asian Equity Fund. During this time she also obtained her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. Upon her return to South Africa she joined an Enterprise Asset Management and Engineering Group as the Group CFO. She spearheaded a project to source and implement a Cloud based Project Management system, integrating into Cloud Accounting software. She worked closely with the managing directors of all 3 companies in the group taking care of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management amongst other things. She is looking forward to applying her broad spectrum experience across various disciplines and jurisdictions.
